Privacy Policy

The Little Smiles Foundation ("we") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based at 9663 Santa Monica Blvd #758, Beverly Hills, CA 90210. This policy explains what we collect on littlesmiles.foundation and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone and message when you use a form, sign up for updates, apply to volunteer or host a drive.
- Donations: gifts are processed by PayPal. We receive your name, email and gift amount. We never see or store your card details.
- Usage data: like most websites, we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand visits, and our security provider may set cookies to protect the site.
How we use it
To answer you, process and receipt gifts, organize volunteers and drives, send updates you asked for, and improve the site. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run our work: PayPal for donations, Google Workspace for email, our website host and security provider, and Google Analytics. Each may process data only to provide its service.
Children’s privacy
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site, and our forms never ask for information about a child. We never publish a child's name or location, and we only share photos with a guardian's permission. Volunteer applications for anyone under 18 are completed by a parent or guardian.
How long we keep it
Form messages are kept for up to 12 months. Donation records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your choices and California rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from updates at any time, by emailing hello@littlesmiles.foundation. California residents have these rights under California law. Our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
