If a refugee child in your care needs help with food, housing, health care, school or legal questions, these organizations can help. Little Smiles Foundation is not part of them; we list them because people ask us where to turn.
Services change often, so please check before you visit. Information checked November 2026.

In an emergency, call the emergency number where you are. That is 911 in the United States and Canada and 112 across the European Union.
Help in any country

Help in the United States
The Office of Refugee Resettlement lists the State Refugee Coordinator for every state, who can point you to refugee service providers in your area. For food, housing and health care, dial 2-1-1 from most US phones.
